Every case is different, so the final cost will depend upon factors including the complexity of your circumstances, the amount of work required and the seniority of the fee earner dealing with your matter. Once we understand your circumstances, we will provide a clearer estimate before substantive work begins.
Initial Consultations

- Sponsor Licence Application - £1,500-£2,500
- Certificate of Sponsorship Application - £500-£1,200
- Employer Support & Sponsor Compliance - £1,200-£4,000

Professional fees may not include Home Office application fees, tribunal or court fees, barristers’ fees, expert reports, translation costs or other third-party expenses where these are required.
