Hamza qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and has established himself as a specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law.
He has particular expertise in business immigration matters, including Skilled Worker applications, Sponsor Licences and related sponsorship matters. Over the years, Hamza has advised businesses of different sizes on navigating the UK’s immigration system and has helped clients achieve successful outcomes across a wide range of immigration matters.

Adrian Stephens
Consultant
Adrian was admitted as a solicitor in 1994 and brings more than 30 years of legal practice to the firm. He has extensive experience as a Criminal Defence Lawyer and advocate, appearing in Magistrates’ Courts and Higher Courts, and also undertakes immigration advocacy.
Within Syeds Law Office, Adrian plays an important role in compliance, complaints, staff training and matters relating to professional ethics. His extensive legal and advocacy experience strengthens

Mohammad Shabir Omarzai
Associate
Shabir trained and qualified with Syeds Law Office and has developed experience across the different areas of the firm’s immigration work.
As one of the first people many clients speak to when contacting the office, Shabir understands the importance of listening carefully and helping clients feel comfortable discussing what can often be difficult personal circumstances.
